Help Infomation
Licencing / TEN
Because we’re providing a bar and selling alcohol at your event, you’ll need a Temporary Event Notice (TEN). It’s a quick application to your local council that legally allows us to serve drinks at your venue for the day. Most customers apply online — it only takes a few minutes
Customisation
We can customise our bars to suit your event décor, theme or colour scheme, and we can even add your own branding if required. Whether you want something subtle or fully personalised, we’ll tailor the look to match your vision. Our team handles all design and setup details, ensuring the bar fits seamlessly into your event
Event Meeting
Every booking includes a free one‑to‑one consultation, either in person or over a call. We run through all the details, timings and requirements in advance so everything is fully planned and seamless before we arrive
Payments Option
We offer a variety of payment options to keep things simple and flexible. Our bars accept both cash and card on the day. If any advance payment is required such as deposits, pre‑paid drinks or minimum spend arrangements — this can be made securely via BACS. We keep the whole process straightforward and transparent from start to finish.”
